By accessing or using Arrow (“the Service”), available at askarrow.life, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Arrow is an AI-powered platform that generates personalized readings based on numerology, Western astrology, Vedic astrology, Chinese astrology, and Feng Shui. The Service also includes an AI chat advisor (“Ask Arrow”).
3. Entertainment Disclaimer
All readings, guidance, and AI-generated content provided by Arrow are for entertainment and informational purposes only. They do not constitute professional advice of any kind, including but not limited to medical, financial, legal, or psychological advice. You should not rely on Arrow’s output for making important life decisions without consulting qualified professionals.
4. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
5. Payments and Refunds
Reading credits are purchased as one-time payments processed by Stripe. All purchases are final. Reading credits do not expire. If you experience a technical issue that prevents a purchased reading from generating, contact us and we will issue a replacement credit or refund at our discretion.
6. Free Reading
Each account is entitled to one free reading. This offer is limited to one per person. Creating multiple accounts to obtain additional free readings is a violation of these Terms.
7. AI-Generated Content
Content generated by Arrow, including readings and chat responses, is produced by artificial intelligence. While we strive for accuracy in calculations and meaningful interpretations, AI output may contain errors or inconsistencies. Arrow does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated content.
8. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, code, and AI models, is the property of Arrow. Readings generated for you are yours to keep and share. You may not scrape, reverse-engineer, or reproduce the Service.
9. Limitation of Liability
Arrow is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arrow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
10. Modifications
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will indicate the date of the last update at the top of this page.
